I. basic provisions
All photographs displayed on this website are protected by international copyright law and the Czech Republic. Filip Kotek (PRO-ART photostudio) holds the copyright to pictures and photographs retain all copyrights.
Your right to use images created by paying the purchase price and are subject to these conditions of business. Payment of the price for the right to use the work you have obtained the right to use photographs, unless the purpose of use conflict with these Terms and Conditions.
II. the right to use
These terms and conditions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and reproduce photographs in the following ways:
- Web site,

- As part of multimedia presentations, films, videos, ads, or display in theaters, on condition that the number of impressions does not exceed 50,000,

- As part of product packaging graphics (except for CD and DVD packaging) unlimited number of printed pieces,
- As part of an individualized appearance of toolbars on your computer and a mobile phone wallpapers for your private use,
- The leaflets, business cards, advertising and promotional posters, brochures, catalogs, pop-up windows, web, advertising posters, billboards at fairs, on condition that the photograph is not used as part of a corporate logo or trademark,
- On any printed materials, posters and other reproductions for your personal, noncommercial use or as advertising posters to promote the sale or other goods in cases where photographs are displayed along with additional text,
- As per (piece) reproduction (velkonákladově not printed) on canvas or other material for decorative purposes, not intended for resale,
- As part of the requested e-mail correspondence, e-mail marketing. Photos may not be part of the unsolicited e-mail messages.
- If you create graphics derived from the downloaded photos, or based on one or more of the downloaded photographs, copyright of these photographs remain in the possession of Filip Kotek (PRO-ART photo studio).
All other rights to the photographs remain in the possession of Filip Kotek (PRO-ART photo studio).
III. restriction
Photos in question CAN NOT:
- Photo used in contravention of the conditions set out in Part II of this License Agreement
- Use or display any download photos on websites or in connection with any service for resale or products' print on demand ", including products such as printed mugs, t-shirts, posters, print any other product, Web site templates for further sale,
- Photo used in connection with pornographic, defamatory, illegal or immoral manner or in a manner that violates the rights of third parties, harm, trademark or intellectual property rights,
- Use of photography as part of or in connection with the production, promotion or marketing, multimedia, audio-visual work for more than 50,000 impressions impressions, including video or television documentaries, news, television programs or movies or other media formats,
- Photo used in a way that indicates a person shown in the photo in a bad light or displays in such a way that you see this person may be considered offensive display - this includes, but is not ruled out
- the use of pornography,
- the advertising of tobacco products,
- in an advertisement for adult entertainment clubs or similar places, escort, dating or similar services,
- for purposes of political support and commitment,
- advertising of pharmaceutical products including, but not excluded: articles for personal hygiene or birth control,
- uses that are defamatory or otherwise illegal, offensive or immoral,
- Sell, distribute or otherwise disseminate photographs in any other way than as expressly stated,
- Share photos granting access to the relevant photos on the hard drives of shared computers, networks, or through any other means,
- Sell or distribute products with photos (such as mouse pads, calendars, mugs, t-shirts, bookmarks, etc.) in online auctions or otherwise, or elsewhere,
- Use the photographs (in whole or in part) as part of a trademark, logo or a part thereof,
- Manufacture or otherwise create for resale or distribution, printed reproductions of any Image on canvas, paper or other material, unless otherwise specified in this contract.
Displaying photos in digital form for use in any digital format larger than 800×600 pixels, in addition to editorial or graphic preparatory work and graphic designs, is seen as an attempt to distribute and is grounds for immediate termination
